Too faced - Lip Primer

I bought the beauty editors kit from too faced a few months ago & i love it. It made me fall in love with the brand. One of the things i got in it was the lip primer. I've never used a lip primer before so i wasn't expecting much from it at all. I applied it before a night out and used Limecrime Countessa Flurescent . I was really surprised that i did not have to top up my lipstick at all that night! Which is great because i was able to spend my night on the dance floor and not in the toilet every 5 minutes to check if my lipstick needed topping up. When i got home from my night out i took my makeup off as normal and it still wouldn't budge, but i got the majority off (In the end.) When i woke up the next morning it was still their!

I honestly don't think that a lipstick has ever lasted that long on my lips before. So it is now one of my must haves!!!

The packaging is very simple, but cute. It has a screw lid and is applied just like a lipgloss with a sponge tip applicator!

I will definatly be purchasing a full size of this product & lots more from too faced

Tangle Teezer - 'The Original'

I have heard so much about 'Tangle Teezer' & decided while I was in boots the other week to buy one and see what all the hype was about. I do have terrible trouble with my hair. It's gets knotted and tangled very easily and I find it very hard to get a normal brush through it without hurting myself. I didn't quite believe that this would actually work but IT REALLY DOSE!!!! I love it, & would not go back to using a normal hair brush. You can use it with wet or dry hair, which is brilliant cause who wants loads of brushes all for different times! It's lightweight and just glides thought your hair so easily and effortlessly. Plus they come in different colours!! Defiantly recommend this product it does exactly what it says on the packet

Halloween Makeup

Hey!!

Well after months of planning Halloween is now over. But I have to say it's the best Halloween yet :)

I had so much fun sorting out my hair, make up and outfit, I actually changed 3 times before I was happy! I know!! In the end I was pretty happy with my decision. My first idea was a spider, but when the costume came I really didn't like it. It was made of a horrible material and just looked tacky (to put it nicely.)

I then went and bought a zombie nurse outfit from B&M. It was really good value for money at £9.99. I also went and bought a stethoscope from my auntie's fancy dress shop. I came up with 2 make up ideas. The first one was really out their and maybe a little bit too much (Especially the blood on the chin.) However I did really like the blue/green and black eyes. But I thought it might be a little bit too much so I then decided to tone it down a bit. Which I did like much better and not as much blood.

(Please Excuse my hair!)

I still wasn't happy and I have always wanted to go as a Barbie doll (Don't really know why) , so I thought why not have a try at being a living doll. I believe Halloween is for scary and not for pretty but I wanted to bring a little element of pretty to it. So why not with a living doll! I've never done makeup like this before but I really enjoyed doing it! My favourite is my lips. I love this look (think I might have to do it more often haha!) & to add a little bit of pretty and cute to the doll I had to have pink and black bows in my bunches :)
